Last night I managed to make one of my best 3 course meals yet… The meal included oven-roasted yam fries, cajun-yaki chicken breasts and mozarella and cherry tomato bruschetas with extra virgin organic olive oil and balsamic vinegar from Modena. I got great comments from the people who joined me for dinner and therefore I am very happy. Come again soon! Will post the recipes soon when I get a chance!
